Whenever you are ready, you can take it to a local carpentry to have it cut. Instruct the person in charge regarding the size you would want it to be. As for the contouring, you can also request the carpenter to do it. You also have the option to do it, too, by simply using a Spokeshave. Carefully do the shave arm rest. However, if you can't do the contouring, just ask the local carpentry. You need to do some final body work.
Moreover, polish your work if you think you are done with it, to make it more presentable.
