What is the most overpriced name guitar?
£850 for a Fender Usa Telecaster (the working stiff's guitar in the 50's) seems like an idiot tax. Even when you take off the 40% extra we pay in the UK for American guitars it still seems over-priced for what you get - a very basic guitar.
I'm not asking for your personal view of the guitar industry, just a simple answer to the question I asked. How difficult is that?
like most things your paying for the "name" the history of the product theres not alot of difference between the best and a cheaper version guitars may come in different shapes colours hardwear and electronics but at the end of the day its a guitar if you cant play to a high standard buying a dear one will not make you a better player but we do seem to pay thru the nose in the uk 4 sure takamine acoustics are wild dear
