How can I keep a signature of bleaching on a guitar?
I just got an acoustic bass with a cherry finish laquor signed by Les Claypool (god among bassists)) and I was thinking about a way to prevent the discoloration, I think the clear nail polish, but some of my friends told me of nail polish is actually signing the mess? "I do not know, I just want to make the signature go on forever but I do not know how., Yahoo .. any help?
A polyurethane spray can. Apply lightly at first not to disturb the ink. Once the first layer is set, sand smooth and then apply a thicker layer of finish.
